High Accuracy Non Contact Infrared Thermometer Sensor With LCD Display Fever Digital Measuring Gun Clinical Thermometer
When measuring the temperature of the target with an infrared radiation thermometer,
1.first measure the infrared radiation amount of the target in its band, and then calculate
the temperature of the measured target by the thermometer.
2.Monochromatic thermometers are proportional to the radiation in the band; dual-color thermometers are proportional
to the ratio of the radiation in the two bands. Infrared system: Infrared thermometer is composed of optical system,
photoelectric detector, signal amplifier,signal processing, display output and other parts. The optical system converges the
target infrared radiation energy in its field of view, and the size of the field of view is determined by the optical parts of
the thermometer and their positions.
3.The infrared energy is focused on the photodetector and converted into a corresponding electrical signal.
4.The signal passes through the amplifier and signal processing circuit,and is converted into the temperature value
of the measured target after being corrected according to the instrument's internal therapy algorithm and target emissivity
5.Point the red point of the infrared thermometer to the object to be measured, press the temperature measurement button,
and read the temperature data on the LCD of the thermometer
Problems that should be paid attention to when using infrared thermometer:
1. Only the surface temperature is measured, and the infrared thermometer cannot measure the internal temperature.
2. The wavelength above 5um cannot be measured through quartz glass. The glass has very special reflection and
transmission characteristics and does not allow accurate infrared temperature readings. But the temperature can be
measured through the infrared window. Infrared thermometers are best not used to measure the temperature of shiny
or polished metal surfaces (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
3. To locate hot spots, to find hot spots, the instrument is aimed at the target, and then sweep up and down on the target
Trace the movement until the hot spot is determined.
4. Pay attention to environmental conditions: steam, dust, smoke, etc. It blocks the optical system of the instrument and
affects accurate temperature measurement.
5. Ambient temperature. If the thermometer is suddenly exposed to an ambient temperature difference of 20°C or higher,
allow the instrument to adjust to the new ambient temperature within 20 minutes.
